Today was fun! Heidi went on a long run (6.5 miles/10+km) and I went on a long ride. Did 95km and gaining 4000 feet in 105 degree heat (40+ C). After her run...and my ride....we went for lunch, warmly hosted by Steve and Joni at Bubba-Lu's Java Time and hung out at Millerton Lake. Soooo nice.....
Tomorrow, we are being treated to massages courtesy of Jameson and Sarah! Thanks guys! And then, in a few days...we will head to the coast for some beach time (hiking, surfing, chilling, climbing, cycling, and paddling). Its gonna be fun!
