Surfing in Morro Bay and what's next...

Had to go surfing, again. The wind was heavy...the water, super choppy....but whatever. You've gotta surf, right!

We ended up staying a bit longer in San Simeon, California because we were having so much fun! But alas, it's time to move on. We're now organizing gear and getting ready for camping/hiking/climbing/fishing/exploring in Tuolumne Meadows. Should be fun. It'll be around 70 degrees in the afternoon, and 40 at night.

Tuolumne is located in the largest sub-alpine meadow in the Sierra Nevada at an elevation of 8,775 feet. It's beautiful. At almost a vertical mile higher in elevation than Yosemite Valley, Tuolumne Meadows is an alpine rock climbing paradise. Giant golden domes, pine trees, and lakes—it offers some of the most amazing scenery of any climbing area on the planet (more info here and here)

We don't know if we'll be able to post pics and descriptions of what we are up to due to being in the park without internet access... so the earliest you may get an update is Saturday. But we'll see.

Thanks so much for following our adventure! It means a lot to us.

Love,
