Walking & Climbing

Yesterday was adventure filled...

We took a long walk which in included beaches and businesses...We walked along 4th ave a couple of times then went to the beach for some rainy day beach time...soooo goood


After that...we both were feeling like climbing....so we cruised down to Richmond for a few hours at Richmond Cliffhanger...it was nice to move in a climbing fashion again....

And when Elizabeth woke up and was hungry....we did this:

Elizabeth was the star at the gym...well, at least for the 2 other people that were there while we were....it was dead quiet there...which was super nice for Elizabeth's first gym experience.

Anyway...we are well....life is absolutely reinvented...but its a good reinvented...in fact...we really like this new life. Now...it's hard...and sometimes...downright overwhelming...and we have to remind each other through tears that we have a lot of friends who are supporting us...this reminder keeps us emotionally stable...literally. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to all of you who have cooked meals, called, come over, encouraged us, prayed for us, and loved on us....You make this reinvented life...hope filled.
