Second, for the next 52 weeks, Joe will be doing something called 1 minute messages. He's chosen 52 topics which are relevant to our lives, topics like: Friendship, singleness, sexuality, loneliness, fear, lust, and love intended to help people (and in particular his students) to understand how a follower of Jesus may begin to think about such things. They are intended to get us thinking and create dialogue. Enjoy!
Here's this week's 1MM
Third, we just finished the third book in the Hunger Games series entitled Mockingjay
It was a really good book and we highly recommend it. No spoilers here....except for the fact that...nevermind...just go read it.
Fourth, Heidi is going to be returning from 8 months of maternity leave to work as the Highschool Youth pastor at Granville Chapel. Why? Cause she loves these kids to much to stay away:
She'll come back with limited hours but be working with our HUB Intern Leah. She can do many things with Elizabeth around...but there are a couple things on a weekly basis that we'll need a babysitter for. Any takers?
OK....that's all for now....just a few (yes, i know a "few" is technically three things, not four) little things in this update.

I am definitely one of the 4 who is interested in all of Elizabeth's new things! It's so fun to watch kids grow. I know I haven't met her yet, but if I was in the neighborhood I would totally want to babysit! Anyway, I hope that your transition back to work is a smooth one, Heidi. :o)
Thanks Kathy! Would love to have you babysit (if only you lived, like, 3,000 miles closer!). I'm looking forward to going back, but wondering how the adjustment will be. Shouldn't be too bad since I'm only doing 10-15 hours/week.
