Make a change

I was swimming this morning.  Like many mornings, I got into the chilly water and got moving:  stroke - body role - breath - stroke - body role - breath....and so on.

This morning though, I changed two very small things in my technique.  I changed my head position slightly and changed my elbow position under water.  These were TINY changes.

And guess what....I swam faster, minutes faster each 1000 meters.

The point:  small changes make big differences

Is there something you wish were different?  Instead of waiting to make a "big change"....make a small change instead.  Small changes make big differences.
