17 pictures & 1 simple story

The story is simple: Friends hike together....and a few of our friends, got together for an afternoon hike to Dog Mountain.  It's a pretty hike, through the forest to a nice summit overlooking Vancouver. The trail was tough at this time of the year....with still 6 feet of hardpack snow in places, and lots of collapsing snow bridges, the hiking was slow but the conversation was good.  One of the members of our group had a nice camera with her (thanks Leah!) and took some photos of our family....

It's these pictures that you see below!

Josiah and Elizabeth did really well on the 3 hour excursion.  They were content, had some naps, and enjoyed being passed around from friend to friend.  If you are new to this blog....they are used to this stuff (start em' early and do it regularly...that's our tip!).

That evening, we ended up going on a 2 hour run....around the Stanley Park seawall and kits beach as the sun set.

What an amazing place to live...
