We're Back!

Hey...It's been a while since we posted. Sorry. We were out of town.

The last 4 days have been WONDERFUL.

We went on a canoeing and kayaking trip with our buddy Steve.

4 days and 3 nights sleeping under the stars, 15 hours of paddling, beautiful weather, secluded beaches, not another soul in sight, awesome food, good fellowship....and a RESPECTABLE workout to say the least...
