I got the Flu....again!  I'm trying to stay positive and get rest and rehydrate and get some type of workout in....but it's tough.

please note: I am about to make a comment about my poo

I have had 5 days straight of diarrhea.  5 DAYS.  All day long.  I am at a new level of bathroom reading.  I feel so educated.

So alas, the time to see a doctor is upon me.
